What we do with the details you give us.

Who we are

Gravity Operating Systems, Inc. (“GravityOS”, “we”) runs this website. For anything about your data, write to [email protected].

What we collect

• When you join the beta: your work email, your organization’s name and its team size.
• When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email.
• Basic server logs that every website keeps, such as the time of a visit, kept for security.

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies or trackers.

Why we use it

To reply to you about the beta, and to send the newsletter you asked for. Our legal basis for these is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. For server logs and visit counts, it is our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and understanding how it is used.

Where it is kept and for how long

Sign-ups are stored in a Google Sheet in our Google Workspace account, and our team receives a copy by email. Google and our hosting provider, Cloudflare, process them on our behalf, and may do so outside the UK and the EU under standard contractual safeguards. We share them with no one else. We keep beta requests until the beta ends, and newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe. Then we delete them. Server logs are kept for no more than 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to its use. Write to [email protected] and we reply within a month. If you are in the UK or the EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
